Bautz AC-Servo Motors M Series
One of the main features of the AC servo motor series M is their low inertia achieved by their long and slim motor construction.
The use of high-energetic NeFeB magnets with an optimized magnet height allows extreme acceleration and deceleration operation combined with a very high overload capability (factor 4-5) without any risk of demagnetization.
Thus these motors in general are suitable for highly dynamic positioning tasks. The M series motors are designed to increase the machine performance with regard to cycle time, accuracy and speed.
Bautz AC Servo Motors F Series
The F series AC servo motors have an extreme flat and compact shape especially for the operation under spatial restricted conditions.
Despite their very short axial stator and the slightly bigger flange size, they offer all the opportunities of a highly dynamic AC servo drive for the user. The bigger rotor diameter is compensated by an optimized rotor construction which has an overload capability factor of 4-5 and allows extreme positioning procedures. The very short motor body opens up mounting possibilities wherever other motors are simply too long.
The F series motors are recommend for all those cases where length optimized AC servo motors with the full power spectrum of a highly dynamic drive are required. For further adaptation to the individual application the motors optionally can be equipped with brakes and various electrical connectors.
Bautz AC Servo Motors W Series
In comparison with common AC servo motors the W series motors distinguish by their low inertia, which is achieved by their long and slim rotor construction. The use of high-energetic NeFeB magnets allows extreme acceleration and deceleration operations.
The motors have the same mechanical design as the M series motors, but additionally they are equipped with a water cooling device. This allows a very high continuous power output, the holding torque increases by 100%.
The water-cooled W series motors are recommended especially for applications requiring high continuous torques combined with a very compact motor design.
Sine/Cosine encoders and various connectors are available as standard options for the adaptation to the individual application.
